Claudiu identifies himself as a storyteller and context-driven tester. He understands testing as the learning activity aimed to understand the
reality of the software implementation. Claudiu is a humanist software tester with interests in fields like communication and psychology. He
has a craftsman approach to this profession and uses tools to understand the behavior of the applications. Claudiu learned about software
testing while working in a variety of industries like video games, banking, clinical trials, gambling and sports betting, marketplace, education,
and tooling and through mentorship, RST and BBST courses.
Michael Bolton is a consulting software tester and testing teacher who helps people to solve testing problems that
they didn’t realize they could solve. In 2006, he became co-author (with James Bach) of Rapid Software Testing (RST), a
methodology and mindset for testing software expertly and credibly in uncertain conditions and under extreme time
pressure. Since then, he has flown over a million miles to teach RST in 35 countries on six continents. Michael has
over 30 years of experience testing, developing, managing, and writing about software. For over 20 years, he has
led DevelopSense, a Toronto-based testing and development consultancy. Prior to that, he was with Quarterdeck
Corporation for eight years, during which he managed the company’s flagship products and directed project and
testing teams both in-house and around the world.
Paul Grossman has over 20 years experience as an SDET with numerous test automation tool sets and languages. Most recently he began
managing five WebDriverIO projects in JavaScript for Guaranteed Rate. Prior to that he spent three years working with Selenium in Java as
well as Micro Focus UFT One in VBScript. He recently wrote a Natural Language Processing engine Add On for the TestProject community.
He is currently conducting a Proof of Concept of the testRigor low-code tool Paul have been a speaker at test automation conferences for 16 years.
He has been a featured guest on the Halloween episodes of the Test Guild automation podcast with Joe Colantonio and The QA
Lead podcast with Jonathan Wright.
